Basic - Online self assessment (60 mins), report within 2 days, 30 mins feedback session Advanced - Online self assessment (60 mins), In-person interview (1 hour), Report within 2 days, 30 mins feedback session
Individual - Participant is working within procurement as an individual contributor Managerial - Participant is working within procurement managing a team of atleast 2-3 members
