Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or purchasing from the VMX Store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or disclaimers posted on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase from the Store.
Nature of Products and Services: VMX offers digital products, toolkits, and consulting add-ons (“Products”) for procurement, sourcing, and capability-building professionals. Unless explicitly stated, these are non-tangible, downloadable, and informational tools, not bespoke consulting services.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights: All templates, toolkits, frameworks, videos, and digital materials sold through the VMX Store are the intellectual property of VMC Consulting FZ-LLC. When you purchase a VMX product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, and adapt the content for your own or your organization’s internal business purposes.
You may customize, re-brand, and incorporate the templates into your internal documentation, reports, or presentations as part of legitimate business use.
However, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the original or modified versions of the materials.
- Upload or share VMX content (in full or in part) on any public or commercial platform.
- Use VMX materials to create competing products, training courses, or digital toolkits for sale.
- All VMC and VMX names, logos, and visual assets remain the exclusive trademarks of VMC Consulting FZ-LLC and cannot be used without written permission.
Pricing and Payments: All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; VMC does not store payment details.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience download or access issues, please contact info@vmc-co.com within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
Custom or Add-On Services: If your purchase includes consulting hours, customization, or coaching sessions: Delivery timelines will be agreed upon separately. Delays caused by lack of input or approvals from your side may impact the schedule without refund.
